The Gower Community Band, a non-denominational community service outreach initiative established and maintained by Gower Street United Church in St. John’s, NL, is an open concert band program providing opportunities for musical training and skills development, performance in support of community causes, scholarships for promising musicians, and fellowship for its diverse membership.
