Sunday, May 5th, is National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit People (MMIWG2S) in Canada, also known as Red Dress Day.
A day about building awareness of this ongoing harm and honoring those lost and their families. You can honor this day by wearing a red or hanging a red dress in your window or your yard. We invite you to wear red to worship on Sunday.
